Buyer Protection
Every KlearTCG order includes Buyer Protection so you're covered if something goes wrong.
What's covered
You're protected if your order never arrives, arrives damaged, or doesn't match the listing.
The fee
A small Buyer Protection fee is added at checkout: 1.5% of the item price, with a $0.50 minimum and a $15 maximum. It's based on the item price only — never shipping or tax.
How to use it
Report a problem from your Orders page within the inspection window and our team will step in.
