Coverage
Orders that never arrive, arrive damaged, or don't match the listing are eligible for a refund through Buyer Protection.
How to file
Open a dispute from the order page within the inspection window and provide photos where relevant.
Exclusions
Off-platform transactions and orders shipped without a KlearTCG label aren't covered.
